Dr. Ru Liu Bryan

bryan-ru.jpgDr. Ru Liu Bryan received her Ph.D. in biochemistry and molecular biology at Imperial College London, UK, and completed her post-doctoral training in molecular and cellular biology at Cambridge University and the Burnham Institute. Dr. Bryan is a Professor of Medicine at UC San Diego. 

 

 

 

 

Research Findings

Recent research has focused on understanding the role of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) in cartilage health and osteoarthritis (OA), revealing its importance in maintaining cartilage balance and potential therapeutic applications for OA.
